Price

Order
The order is considered validated once the customer has made the payment and received email confirmation. Orders are firm and final: they cannot be canceled, particularly for dematerialized products such as software licenses or service credits.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are credit card and bank transfer. All transactions are secure.
Delivery
Dematerialized products are delivered to the email address provided by the customer during the order. No physical delivery is made. The delivery times indicated are for information only; the customer will be notified by email in case of exceptional delay.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, digital products and software licenses are not eligible for the right of withdrawal. Any order placed for this type of product is therefore final and non-refundable.
Warranties
Dematerialized products such as licenses or service credits are not covered by any warranty, whether legal or contractual.
Responsibility

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the law in force in Dubai. In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the seller's headquarters.
